730 Lockheed C-130H Hercules (MSN 4842) of 122 'Condor' Squadron, Republic of Singapore Air Force, at Perth Airport, Western Australia - 27 September 2021. 'SINGA 6134' climbing after take-off from runway 21 in some damp conditions, with vortices streaming from the propellers. It arrived from its base at Paya Lebar in Singapore the previous day, using the same callsign, and is seen here departing back to Paya Lebar. The Republic of Singapore Air Force acquired the first of four C-130B Hercules aircraft in 1977, followed from 1980 by six C-130H (including one KC-130H tanker). 730, the aircraft in this photo, was their first C-130H. From 2010, ST Aerospace began to modernise the RSAF Hercules fleet with new avionics and a digital glass cockpit, designed in Singapore.
