AAWA Membership

Two different types of membership have been developed to allow people from regional areas and interstate to join, contribute their photos and expertise, and participate in Association activities.

By joining, you will be helping to support the Association's projects, including this website.

Please note that:

Membership is only available to people 18 years of age or older; and
Membership applications to be approved by two existing members.

Members ($25/year)

Mainly Perth-based people initially
Can participate in:
- Projects
- Meetings/workshops
- Supplying photos for website and projects
- Discussion forum
- Voting at meetings

Associate members ($15/year)

Regional and interstate Australian applicants also welcome
Can participate in:
- Projects (if possible)
- Meetings (if visiting Perth)
- Supplying photos for website and projects
- Discussion forum

2012 AAWA AGM held and Committee elected

On 27 October 2012, the Association held its Annual General Meeting and conducted voting to elect the Committee.

The elected Committee of AAWA is now as follows:

Vice President	Keith Anderson
Treasurer	Ian Moy
Secretary	Michael Davis
Committee Officer	Barry Foster

About The Aviation Association of WA Inc. (AAWA)

The Aviation Association of WA Inc is a non-profit, incorporated group whose stated mission is: "To encourage and support interest in aviation". AAWA was founded to meet the perceived need for a formally-structured group of aviation enthusiasts, historians, spotters and photographers. The Association conducts aviation-related projects to benefit aviation enthusiasts and the general community.
